Spent my Xmas holidays at a hotel and it was great. The rooms were always tidy and the staff was friendly. the Wi-Fi was always working and I never had any problems connecting. The location was great as there were plenty of things to do nearby, including shopping, sightseeing, and dining. The hotel had a nice atmosphere that made me feel at home.

Communication was difficult at times since most of the staff didn't speak fluent English. This made ordering food and asking for basic things challenging.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, making it ideal for budget travellers. The rooms are clean and the Wi-Fi is strong. The bathroom comes equipped with basic amenities. The service is acceptable and the breakfast is decent, providing a filling start to your day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the rooms were spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

There was nothing we didn't like. This city exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to visit again.

In addition, they overcharged several times during the stay. Firstly, they tried to increase the price when extending the stay, although it was already stated at the booking. Secondly, they attempted to add an incorrect tax during the final billing. Lastly, during dinner, they limited food options for the buffet and charged the full buffet price, claiming that one refill was not allowed.
